As of 1 November 2016, the Mail Manager software has been transferred to MailManager Limited, trading as 28Hands. 28Hands remain part of the Arup group.
The full conditions of purchase and maintenance for Mail Manager are set out in the Mail Manager Software Licence and Support Agreement.

Twelve months support and maintenance is included on some variations of Mail Manager. Thereafter maintenance is charged on a yearly, 2 yearly or 3 yearly basis depending on the option the customer chooses to purchase.
