We currently have the following positions available:
Providing assistance to the Customer Support team, the role will involve becoming familiar with our product and licence system, to enable processing of orders and issuing of licences for the product.
A larger part of the role will be to answer basic customer queries, or request the relevant information from the customer, before escalating to the next level of the support team. Full product training will be provided, and this will be on-going as new versions are released.
The position requires use of a CRM system, working with Excel Spreadsheets, and familiarity of Outlook. A good understanding of different versions of Windows and Outlook would be useful, as would an ability to use these competently.
This role is based in our Newcastle-Upon-Tyne office
