Mail Manager is built on enviable foundations.
Designed and developed by Oasys Limited, the software house of Arup - a global organisation of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services.
Established in 1976, Oasys is subject to the exacting demands of Arup engineers who require efficient, reliable and technically competent tools and has a long-standing reputation for developing the highest quality software and support.
With the expansion of globalisation came a staggering increase in technology-based communication and an inevitable loss of valuable data and information and in turn costly errors.
Arup looked to tackle this head on and in 2006 embarked on the creation of a solution for turning unstructured email data into structured, accessible information. Mail Manager exceeded expectations by transforming compliance assurance, increasing productivity, eliminating costly project errors and reducing IT storage costs.
Fast-forward 11 years and Mail Manager is now used in multiple industries worldwide and has gained such traction that in November 2016 Mail Manager software transferred to its own company Mail Manager Limited trading as 28Hands, but still remains part of the Arup Group.
With a clear vision for continued excellence, 28 Hands is looking to grow Mail Manager into new industries, helping everyone across the world regain control of their inbox.
